Returns & Refunds Policy

1. 14-Day Money Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of Alvus System. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return an unopened bottle within 14 calendar days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, including delivery costs.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The bottle must be unopened and in its original condition
  • All packaging and contents must be intact
  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
  • You must have a valid proof of purchase

3. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or damaged bottles cannot be returned due to food safety regulations. Once opened, the product integrity cannot be guaranteed.

4. How to Return Your Order

Step 1: Contact us at +44 (0) 208 915 7456 or support@wristbio.world within 14 days of delivery.

Step 2: Inform us you wish to return your order. We'll provide you with a return label and instructions.

Step 3: Pack the unopened bottle securely in its original packaging.

Step 4: Use the prepaid return label we provide to send the package back to us. Return postage is free.

Step 5: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 14 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to your original payment method (the payment you made to the courier). Please note:

  • Refunds are issued within 14 business days of us receiving your return
  • It may take up to 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank
  • If you paid by cash, a refund will be issued by bank transfer to your account details

6. Return Shipping

We provide a prepaid return label, so you don't pay for return shipping. Simply use the label we provide.

7. Cancellation Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, contact us immediately at support@wristbio.world or call +44 (0) 208 915 7456. Cancellations are free if done before dispatch.

8. Defective or Damaged Products

If your Alvus System arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We will replace the product or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Provide photos of the damage as evidence.

9. Consumer Rights

This policy is in addition to your statutory consumer rights under UK law. You have the right to return goods within 14 calendar days if they're faulty or not as described.
